A lawyer by training, Julie Fritsch practiced in Paris and Versailles before working in-house, first as head of legal departments, then starting her own business as a consultant specialised in employment matters and human resources. 

Her expertise covers supporting both managers and human resources directors and their teams, assisting employee representative bodies and trade unions and advising on organisational change, in particular when companies are restructuring. 

Julies’ first-class training as well as her experience as both consultant and manager allow her to provide effective solutions promptly and with integrity.
